You must both be over the age of 18 years

Prior to the day of your marriage, your original
Birth Certificate/s (Australian born), or
your valid Passport/s (Overseas born) must
be sighted.

If applicable Australian Citizenship papers
will need to be produced.

Completion of the Notice of Intended Marriage
Form 13 (NOIM) must be received by me at
least one month and one day before the
chosen wedding day.

If previously married the Certificate of Divorce
(Decree Absolute if prior to June 2002) must be
produced. In the event of the death of a
spouse the original Death Certificate must be
sighted.

A minimum of two witnesses over 18 years of age
must attend the ceremony.
